Why has my settled bet been adjusted?
Sometimes our betting service provider settles a bet incorrectly and later corrects it to reflect the actual result. In such cases, any incorrectly credited winnings are deducted from the player's account, which may result in a negative balance if the funds have already been withdrawn or used elsewhere. These situations are described in section A.6.2 of our betting rules.
We reserve the right to adjust the account balance of the account holder if winnings have been credited in error.
What is the difference between a Combo Bet and a Bet Builder bet?
A Combo Bet allows you to include multiple selections from different events within a single bet. The Bet Builder feature, however, allows you to combine multiple selections from the same event into one bet.
What happens if one selection in a Bet Builder bet is voided?
If any selection in a Bet Builder bet is voided (e.g., due to a player's injury or a match being canceled), all other selections from the same event are also voided.
What happens if a player retires from a tennis match?
If a player retires after the first set has been completed, the bet remains valid. The player/team progressing to the next round or winning the tournament will be considered the winner for settlement purposes.
However, if a player retires before the end of the first set, the bet will be voided.
What happens if my selected player does not start the football match in the starting lineup?
For individual player markets (cards, shots, shots on target, etc.), the bet remains valid only if the player starts the match in the starting lineup; otherwise, the bet will be voided.
If my selected player does not start the match, but my prediction is fulfilled by the player who replaces him, will my bet count?
At the moment, we do not support this functionality. Therefore, if the selected player is not in the starting lineup, the bet will be voided.
Is my bet voided if the match is postponed?
It depends on the sport:
- Match sports (football, basketball, etc.) → If the match is played within 12 hours of the start time, the bet stands; otherwise, the bet is void.
- Tournament sports (tennis, golf, etc.) → The bet stands until the tournament ends.
Note: Season/outright winner bets → These remain valid unless canceled or significantly changed.
Why the card for a player who was on the bench didn't count?
Cards will only be given to players who are on the field of play and before the final whistle of the event.
Why can't I place the combined bet I selected?
This is due to related contingencies; if you are not allowed to make a combined selection, it is because those selections are related to each other, that is, there is a high probability that if one selection occurs, the other will also occur, so the system does not allow it and prevents the combination from being made.
