Radar and Risk Segments
Our platform is equipped with an internal player monitoring system called Radar. Developed many years ago, this system is designed to detect players with potentially unhealthy gaming habits and proactively communicate with at-risk individuals, thereby promoting responsible gambling.
Our Radar segments players based on potential risk from a responsible gaming perspective, ensuring they receive tailored preventive communication. The system is continuously updated to refine behavioral signals and improve the effectiveness of our outreach.
We classify players into various segments based on their gaming history over the last 90 days. This means that a player’s risk segment can change over time; each player's segmentation is updated on a daily basis.
Our policy is to refrain from sending direct marketing and offers to players in the risk zone. Players who have lost more than €2,000 within the last 90 days do not receive direct advertising or offers. These offers include, for example, cashback, loyalty programs, and other incentives.
